1/3 C butter
1/3 C brown sugar, 1 C flour
1/2 C ground walnuts
1/4 C regular sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese at room temp.
1 egg, 2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and brown sugar.
Add flour and walnuts. Mix well. Reserve 1 cup.
Press remaining nut mixture into a 9 inch pan, sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
While crust is baking, blend sugar and cream cheese.
Add eggs, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat well.
Spread over baked crust and sprinkle with remaining nut mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
