1 lb lean ground beef
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 jar of picante sauce - 12 oz
1 can of corn (drained)
1/2 c. sour cream
10 corn tortillas
2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
optional-jalapeno slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x8 baking dish or casserole dish.

Brown ground beef with chili powder. Remove from heat and drain fat. Add picante, sour cream and corn.

Cut tortillas in quarters. Layer 1/3 of tortillas in bottom of dish. Place 1/3 or beef mixture ontop of tortillas then sprinkle 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Place jalapenos on top of cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
