1 T olive oil
1 thinly sliced green pepper
1 thinly sliced red pepper
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 T water
Salt and pepper
8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add both of the peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring. Set veggies aside once they're crisp.

2. Add chicken to skillet. Cook 4 mins or until chicken is no longer pink.

3. Return the veggies to skillet. Add a little water. Season with salt and pepper and then cover. Continue cooking about 2 more minutes.

4. Microwave tortillas (covered with a wet paper towel to keep moist). Fill tortillas with chicken mix.
