3 c. cooked, shredded chicken (approx. 4 breasts)
2 T. finely chopped green onions
2/3 c. slivered almonds
1 c. diced celery
2 T. capers, chopped fine
1 T. coarsely chopped sliced black olives
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
3 T. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the chicken, green onions, almonds, celery, capers, olives, and water chestnuts in a bowl. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper together and pour over ingredients in the bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. Chill. Delicious served on a croissant with a piece of red leaf lettuce.
