2 eggs
20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp soda
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs until light. Add pineapple with juice. Stir in flour, sugars and soda by hand, mixing well. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool.
FROSTING:
3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup butter or oleo
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp ginger

Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar and ginger. Frost cooled cake.
