Marinade
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing packet
2 T. minced green onion
2 T. water
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Cheese
8 oz. package cream cheese
8 oz. package cheddar
8 oz. package Monterey jack

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients in marinade.

Cut cheese in half lengthwise, and then cut into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. (Make sure the cream cheese is COLD and NOT softened prior to cutting or it will be difficult to slice). Arrange cheese in a dish in rows, alternating cheeses. Pour marinade over cheese and refrigerate cheese for at least eight hours. Before serving, pour off excess marinade. Serve with crackers.
