1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3|4 cup milk
1|2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
3 cup raw thin sliced potatoes
1|2 pound shredded cheese(any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Mix soup,milk,onion,salt and pepper. In a large casserole,layer pototoes,soup mixture,and sausage. Repeat layers ending with sausage. Dot with butter. (optional). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hot. Sprinkle with cheese.
