STRETCH DOUGH TO THE SIZE OF A 1/2 SHEET OR LARGER THAN AN 8+10 SHEET PAN
SPREAD INGREDIENTS ON TO ENTIRE SURFACE INCLUDING EDGES
START W/ PROVILONE & THEN GO TO MEATS & PEPPERS FINISH W/ RICOTA CHEESE
KEEP PULLING YOUR DOUGH OUT TO SIZE AS YOU GO IF NEEDED
SPRINKLE W/ 1/2 SPICES
ROLL GENTLY APPROX. 3 IN OVER & CONTINUE TILL THE LAST FOLD IS ON THE BOTTOM REMEMBER TO TUCK & FOLD YOUR SIDES AS YOU ROLL.
TRANSFER ON TO A DOUBLE SHEET OF FOIL OVER LAPPED 50% IN CENTER BUT FIRST SHAKE CORN MEAL WHERE BREAD WILL SIT ON FOIL.
BASTE TOP OF BREAD W/ OLIVE OIL TOP W/ REMAINING SPICES
