Dry ingredients:
2 1/2 c. four flour blend
2 T. yeast
1 T. xanthan gum
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. powder milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dough enhancer
1 1/2 tsp. egg replacer

Wet ingredients:
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil
1 1/3 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all dry ingredients together in blender bowl. Add wet and beat on med-high to high for 3 minutes. For crispy crust, cover hands in olive oil and form dough into one or two loaves. Cover and let rise in a warm area.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown.
