1 package Duncan Hines Pudding Recipe Yellow cake mix

2 package (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup milk
Green food coloring

1 can (21oz) cherry pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Make cake as directed on package. Spread batter in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan or 2 9 inch cake pans. Bake as directed on box, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 30 minuets, remove to rack and cool completely. Split the tube cake in the middle.
Combine cream cheese, milk and 1 cup sugar in small bowl, beat until smooth. Add 15 drops of green food coloring to make it a dark green color.
Place cream cheese mixture into decorator's tube and out line the edge of cake top and bottom, include around ring if using tube pan. Place in refrigerator during next step.
Combine pie filling, 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and almond extract in medium bowl. Spoon half of the cherry mixture on top of each cake between the green rings.
