1 loaf cocktail party rye bread
1 cup thousand island salad dressing
11/2 pound deli sliced corned beef
1 16oz sauerkraut rinsed and well drained
1 pound of sliced swiss cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil

Arrange cocktail rye pieces on baking sheet. Top each one with about 2 teaspoons of salad dressing, then fold 1/2 slice
of corned beef trimmed to fit bread. Place a small amount of sauerkraut on top of meat and cover with 1/4 slice of swiss cheese. Broil for 5 minuets until cheese is melted.
