1 can whole peeled tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1/3 c. of oil
1/3 c. of red wine vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1tbsp sugar
goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Warm olive oil, add pepper & let it simmer
Add garlic let it simmer (do not burn!)
Add tomatoes with juice, simmer
Add vinegar, oregano, salt and sugar
cook crushing
Cook thick about 1/2
Serve with goat cheese and sliced warm french bread
