Potatoes (approximate 1 per person)
Pam cooking spray
seasonings to taste

Dipping sauce:
2 tablespoon real mayo
1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and wedge potatoes (1/4" - 1/2" at widest edge). Arrange on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with PAM. Lightly mist potatoes with PAM and season with spices of choice (garlic, seasoned salt, or even just salt). Bake in a 400º oven for 45-60 min. Turn potatoes once they start browning.

For dipping sauce, mix together and refrigerate until ready to use.
