1 CUP WHITE SUGAR
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP SODA
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 CUPS OATMEAL
I CUP OF ORANGE SPLICES CHOPPED

CREAM TOGETHER ALL THINGS( EXCEPT THE ORANGE SLICES) MIX REALLY WELL ,THEN ADD THE ORANGE SLICES......
DROP BY TABSP TO COOKIE SHEET
BAKE 350 FOR 10 MINUTES
