Cheesy Broccoli Soup Recipe

4 C. water
12 oz. cubed hash brown potatoes (Southern Style)
1 C. chopped celery
1 C. chopped carrots
4 C. chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. chicken soup base
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
2 C. skim milk
6 oz. light Velveeta cheese, cubed

In large pot combine water, hash brown potatoes, vegetables, chicken soup base, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
In a small bowl, blend flour and milk slowly. Stir into large pot, stir continuously until soup thickens. Add cheese cubes and stir until melted.
