1 lime
1/4 up of chopped red onion
1 tablespoon of half and half
kosher salt to taste

1. Remove avocado from skin and mash in a small bowl. 2. Add red onion. 3. Add the juice of a lime. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of half and half. 5. Mix and serve with favorite Mexican food.
