3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
dash of salt
3 cups whole cranberries, or chopped

Hard Sauce:
2 cups sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup butter
1 cup half & half or sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all cake ingredients by hand in large bowl. Put batter into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes. Serve with warm Hard Sauce.

Hard Sauce: In small saucepan, boil together sugar, flour, butter and half & half for 2 minutes. Add vinegar and vanilla.
