CAKE:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
3 cups grated carrots

ICING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 box powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

CAKE:
Preheat oven to 340º. Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.

Mix together dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and carrots and mix well. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 30-45 minutes.

ICING:
Mix all ingredients and spread on cake.
