1/2 cups white wine vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until blended. Gradually whisk in the canola oil until well blended.

(I measure everything into a jar, screw on the lid, and then shake!)

I love this dressing on everything but my favorite salad is lettuce, a little bit of green or red onions, crumbled bleu cheese and chunky chopped walnuts. Chopped apple or mandarin oranges are nice additions too.
