1 12-16 ounce package frozen chopped onions
24 ounces of cream cheese, softened
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Thaw onions. Drain liquid; squeeze with paper towels to remove as much water as possible.

Stir together all ingredients. Transfer to a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
