2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup of Swerve, sugar or 3/4 cup Agave nectar
12 teaspoons raspberry jam or preserves
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of half and half
vegetable spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients with half and half and egg.
2. Pour muffin cups halfway full with mix. 3. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 7 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and place 1 teaspoon of raspberry jam on top of set muffin.
5. Pour the remaining muffin mix over raspberry jam in muffin tins. 6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.©
