2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour
1 egg
1 cup of apple cider
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of agave nectar
1/4 cup of Grade B Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt

1. Blend dry ingredients with apple cider and egg. 2. Add agave nectar and grade B Maple Syrup. 3. Pour into greased muffin tins. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.©
