1 standing rib roast, bone in prime rib, 3 ribs (allow to stand to room temperature approx 2 hours)
4 oz roasted garlic
1/2 cup of cracked pepper
1/4 cup kosher salt

1. Place beef in large roasting pan. 2. Make a paste mixture with garlic, salt and pepper. 3. Spread over prime rib. 4. Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for 1 1/2 hour for medium rare. Meat thermometer should register 130 to 135 degrees for medium rare. Allow to rest for 15
