• 2 cans (15 oz.) Fruit Cocktail
• 1 – 2 cans chunk pineapple
• 2 small cans mandarin oranges (15 – 16 oz.)
• 16 oz. Sour Cream
• 12 oz. Cool Whip
• 4 (3.4 oz.) boxes pistachio pudding
• Nuts (optional) – pecans, walnuts, whatever…

Directions:

1. Combine all canned fruit into colander and drain juice into another bowl.

2. Take 3 cups of the fruit juice and mix with the dry pistachio pudding until there are no lumps.

3. Blend in Sour Cream until smooth.

4. Blend in Cool Whip until smooth.

5. Stir in drained fruit.

6. Top with Nuts (optional)

7. Serve chilled and keep refrigerated.

This is actually Stacey's recipe. I'm not sure where she got this from, but it's delicious and I love it, so it had to be added. Also, to make the entire recipe fat free, use fat free cool whip and sour cream.
