1/2 C. Sugar
1 C. packed Brown sugar
1 C. creamy Peanut Butter
1 C. Butter, at room temperature
2 Eggs
3 C. Flour
1-1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder

2 Tbsp. Sugar for rolling
Hershey Kisses (about 7 dozen), unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.
In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, and eggs. Stir in flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes, or until edges are light brown. Immediately press kiss in the center of each cookie. Remove cookies and cool on wire rack.
