1 lb dry ziti
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
4 cloved garlic, chopped
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground sweet sausage
1 1/2 jars Classico spaghetti sauce
1 pkg (6oz) provolone cheese, sliced
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 pkg (8oz) mozarella cheese
2 tsp parmesean cheese

Cook ziti according to package directions. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add rosemary. Simmer 5 mins. Transfer to small bowl. Brown ground beef and sausage. Add onion mixture and spaghetti sauce. Simmer 10 mins. Mix pasta with sauce. Layer 1/2 pasta mixture, add all cheese, and top with remaining pasta mixture. Lay provolone on top. Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins until bubbly.
