1 cup utter
1cup sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablspoons orange juice
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
In large bowl, combine butter, sugar and egg. Beet at medium speed until creamy. Reduce to slow speed. Add flour, baking powder, orange juice and vanilla. Beat until mexied well. Divide dough in 1/2 wrap and refridgerate for 2-3 hours. Heat oven to 400 degrees on lightly floured surface. Roll out dough 1/2 at a time 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with 2 inche cookie cutters. Keep remaining in fridge. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheets. Bake 6-10 minutes or until egdes are light brown. Frost and decorate.
