2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups water


1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp.cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Put all cake ingredient's in bowl, beat until mixed.

Pour into large sheet pan that has been well greased and floured.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes

Combine butter, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil.

Take off heat; add powdered sugar and mix well.

Add vanilla and nuts.

Spread on warm cake.
