Duck Cut Into Quarters
1 Onion - Chopped
Sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Cut duck into quarters. Lightly salt and pepper pieces.

In a baking dish put down a layer of kraut, then duck and sprinkle generously with chopped onion (about one (1) onion) and cover with more kraut.

Cover baking dish and bake for three (3) hours in a pre-heated oven at 350º.
