1 1/4 Cups Warm Water
2 Tablespoons Shortening or Soft Butter
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Package Dry Yeast
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Cups Flour, Divided

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve yeast in water. Add shortening or butter, sugar and salt; stir. Add 2 cups flour and stir, then add the remaining flour; stir until dough forms a ball. Cover out of draft. Let rise for 1-2 hours (needs to double in size). Sprinkle with flour and punch down. Put on floured surface and knead. Grease bread pan and put bread dough in pan. Let rise 1 hour. Cook at 325º until golden brown.
