3 cups cooked, peeled, & mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup marshmallows (6-8 large)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice OR
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Topping
1/2 cup frosted corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Push marshmallows down into mixture. Bake for 30 mins. at 425º. Remove from oven and add topping mixture. Bake an additional 15 mins or until topping is slightly brown.

Topping
Melt butter in saucepan over med-low heat. Add brown sugar and stir until no lumps are present. Remove from heat. Add corn flakes and nuts. Mix well and spread over top of potatoes.
