2 golden delicious apples, chopped
3-4 c. torn red leaf lettuce
3-4 c. fresh baby spinach
1/2 c. coarsely chopped cashews
6-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Red Wine Vinegar Dressing:

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 heaping tsp. sugar
dash of pepper

Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with desired amount of chilled Red Wine Vinegar Dressing just before serving.
