1 1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 T. shortening
2 T. butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Beat sugar and eggs together. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Use flour to roll out and cut. Deep fry.
