2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter/margarine
1 cup karo syrup

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box crispy rice cereal
Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 3 ingredients to boil and boil for 3 min. Remove from heat and add sweetened milk. Boil mixture for 3 more minutes. Add in crispy rice and mix. Pour into greased sheet pan and spread.

Marilee makes cute little bears at Christmas Time with this recipe. I just pour them into a deep cookie sheet and cut them into squares.You can also make these into other shapes for Holidays!
