1/4 c. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 c. Finely Chopped Onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dried Basil - Crushed
1/2 tsp. Dried Rosemary - Crushed
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp. Bottled Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place venison in plastic bag set in a deep bowl or in a shallow baking dish.

Pour marinade mixture over meat. Close bag or cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Turn bag or spoon marinade over meat occasionally.

Use remaining marinade for basting.
