2 lbs. Ground beef
1/2 lg. or 1 small onion chopped
2 eggs
1/2 - 1/2 cup parmesean or romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup maypo
1/2 lg. or 1 sm. green pepper chopped

Knead all ingredients together and bake at 325º for 1 hour.
