6-8 oz. linguine
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
1 can (14 oz.) Italian Style tomatoes
2 tsps. pesto sauce
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Brown chicken in oil over medium heat. Add tomatoes, onion, and olives; bring to boil. Cover and cook 8 minutes. Remove cover and cook 8 additional minutes until tender. Spread 1 tsp pesto sauce over each chicken breast; top with cheese. Cover and warm until cheese melts. Drain linguine and place 1/4 on each plate. Top each with a portion of the chicken breast and sauce.
