Ingredients:  
11/2 cup peanut butter
6 cups of Confectioners sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 cups of Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend Peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla (will look dry)
2. Roll Into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
3. Poke a toothpick into top of each ball (to be used later for dipping) and chill inthe freezer until hard (1/2 hr)
4. Melt chocolate chips in double broiler (low heat)
5. Dip frozen peanut butter balls in chocolate and leave a small portion of peanut butter showing at the top to make them look like buckeyes..
6. Put back on wax paper and refrigerated 2 hrs.
