Ritz Crackers & melted butter to make a crust for the bottom of the pan.
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 cups vidalia onion or 1 cup onion & 2 cups squash
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put the crust into the bottom of a pan or casserole dish. Cook the onions until they are transparent. Boil Squash until tender. Add both to the casserole dish. Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper and pour over the onions & squash. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake at 350º until cheese melts.

This can be just an onion casserole, but Joe loves it when I add the squash, so add whatever you'd like and I'm sure it'll be great!
