Coleslaw Dressing

1 tablespoon fresh, finely minced garlic
1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
¼ cup yellow mustard
3 ½ tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate. Yields 2 cups.

Coleslaw

15 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded purple cabbage
1 ½ cups finely chopped yellow onion
¼ cup finely chopped green bell peppers
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 cups coleslaw dressing

In a large mixing bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, onions, bell peppers and green onions. Using hands, toss well. Add coleslaw dressing. Toss and serve.
