2 pounds ground beef
1 brick of sharp cheddar cheese
8 potatoes for mashing
1-2 jars of beef gravy
milk
butter
olive oil
garlic

**Optional: peas, corn, carrots would be a good additions.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and mash (adding milk & butter)

Slightly brown garlic in small amount of olive oil, then add ground beef.

To assemble: layer cheese, ground beef, mashed potatoes and gravy. Last layer should be cheese then gravy.

Bake @ 350º for an hour (or until cooked through and top is bubbly).
