1 can Pastene ground tomatoes
1 red pepper (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can red kidney beans (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 onion (diced)
3 stalks celery (chopped)

garlic powder (to taste)
jalapeņo peppers (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and celery. Add to vegetables.

Can be cooked in crock pot or on stove.

Crock pot - low 3 hrs.
Stove - simmer for 2 hrs.

Serve with sides of sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, chopped scallions, oyster crackers.

For meat chili, brown 1lb ground beef or ground turkey with onions/celery and add to vegetable mixture.
