1/2 lb. fettuccine
1/4 C olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 C cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 ozs. Feta cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccini for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender in a pot of salted boiling water.
Heat oil and garlic in a sauce pan over low heat until hot. Remove from heat.
Drain pasta, toss it with the oil and garlic mixture, minced parsley, tomatoes and feta cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
