2 grapefruit (sliced & sectioned w/o membranes)
1/2 cup juice
8 oz small marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream (whipped)
1 graham cracker or pastry crust (bake)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat the juice slowly. Stir in marshmallows. Turn off heat and cool. Fold in whipped cream and grapefruit sections. Pour into crust and refrigerate.
If prepared the night before with a graham cracker crust, brush beaten egg on the pie crust, bake at 200º for 5 minutes and cool. Then prepare filling as directed.
