2 cups cooked cubed chicken
Spike seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp chopped chives
2 Tbsp diced onion (or 1 Tbsp onion flakes)
1/2 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can milk (or water)
2 cups instant rice
Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and add spices over medium heat. Add milk/water and soup and heat (don't boil). Cook rice with butter and salt per directions. Optional: add vegetables such as corn or broccoli.
Serve creamed chicken mixture over rice.
