4 whole chicken breasts
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C milk
1 grated onion, garlic to taste
1 can green chili salsa
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated.

Cook breasts, bone chicken and cut into large pieces, reserve broth. Cut tortillas in strips or squares.
Mix soups, milk, onion and salsa.
Butter large shallow baking dish.
Put 2 Tbsp. of chicken broth in bottom of dish.
Place layer of tortillas, then chicken, then soup mixture. Continue layers until all ingredients are used ending with soup mixture.
Top with cheese. Refrigerate 24 hours. This is important to blend flavors.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1/2 hours.
