Refried Bean Dip
Guacamole
8 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 package of Taco Seasoning
Shredded cheddar chesse or Mexican cheese mixture
2 Small tomatoes
3-4 scallions
Small can of pitted black olives
Directions:
Directions:
Use a platter that has some depth or a deep edge for this dish.

Carefully layer the following ingredients so that as each layer is added, the edges of the one below are still visible:

1. (Bottom Layer) Refried Bean Dip (Just pick your favorite - canned is fine)
2. Guacamole
3. Mixture of a small container (8oz) of sour cream and 1/2 package of your favorite taco seasoning.
4. Shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese mixture
5. 2 small diced tomatoes (remove seeds and pulp as you dice)
6. 3 or 4 scallions thinly sliced
7. A small can of pitted, sliced black olives

Serve with Tostitos to scoop it up and watch it disappear.
