45 Hi Ho or Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1-1/2 cups milk
green food coloring (optional)
2 packages Pistachio instant pudding
12 oz Cool Whip
1 large Hershey bar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press crackers & butter into 9" x 13" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325º and cool well. Mix ice cream, pudding, milk & coloring well and set in refrigerator to wait for crust to cool. When cooled, top crust with ice cream mixture and refrigerate for one hour. Top cooled dessert with Cool Whip and shaved Hershey bar. Freeze overnight.
