1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 lb.14oz. can sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put into 1 1/2 qt. bowl flour,salt, and butter
Mix with pastry blender until mixture looks liked coarse
meal
With back of spoon presss mixture firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of buttered 8' square pan
Drain the peaches saving 1/2 cup syrup Arrange well drained peach slices on crust in pan. Sprinkle over peaches the cinnamon, sugar mixture, Bake 375º
20 min. Mix the 1/2 cup syrup,egg and evaporated
milk. Pour over peaches. Bake 30 min. more until custard is firm.
