3 cups cheerios
3 cups pretzel sticks(break in half)
2 cups(12 oz.) dry roasted peanuts
2 cups(12 oz.) M&M's or fruit loops
16 oz. white chocolate

Directions:
Melt chocolate according to directions. Pour over combined ingredients. Spread on cookie sheet to set up. Refrigerate to set up better.
